Fleet data management for mobile and crawler cranes
This technology is already widespread in modern cars, dishwashers and even robotic lawnmowers. It allows the user of the corresponding device to monitor its operating parameters from anywhere in the world. In future, this will also be possible for our mobile and crawler cranes thanks to our "Performance" fleet data management solution.
In addition to the machine's location, the application displays a range of additional real-time data, such as the fuel consumption, the current wind speed or the weight of the load on the hook.
All in all, our "Performance" application provides our customers with a fleet data management system in the form of a full-service package. This is your opportunity to use your machines even more efficiently – and thus also more economically.

Access to crane data
Sobald der Kran ausgeliefert oder die Nachrüstlösung installiert wurde, ist es möglich, die Daten dieses Geräts zu empfangen. In order for the data to be displayed in the application, the machine must be registered in your MyLiebherr account and the licence for the Performance application must be active. This licence only needs to be activated once, as it is then valid for your entire fleet of cranes.
Once these steps have all been completed, you are ready to go. You will find all the machines in your fleet clearly displayed on the start page of the MyLiebherr customer portal. From there, you can easily navigate to the desired machine and launch the Performance application.
Retrofit solutions
Owners of older LTM mobile cranes built between 2018 and 2022 can retrofit their machines with a special module in the near future. This cost-effective retrofit solution enables access to a wide range of live machine data. In addition to location information, the application provides valuable real-time data such as fuel consumption, current wind speed and the weight of the load on the hook. This gives you an optimum overview of the operating status of your crane - anytime and anywhere.

In accordance with the EU Data Act, we provide you with the following information.The data categories listed below are examples and may vary depending on the specification of the crane in question:
- Position
- Status
- Configuration
- Wind speed
- Temperature
- Operating hours
- Mileage
- Fuel
- Operating parameters
- Service messages
The data is transmitted in near real time.
We will process your data as long as this is necessary for the respective purpose, unless you have effectively objected to the processing of your data or effectively withdrawn any consent you may have given.
Insofar as statutory retention obligations exist, we will be bound to store the data in question for the duration of the retention obligation. Upon expiry of the retention obligation, we will check whether there is any further necessity for the processing. If there is no longer such a necessity, your data will be deleted.
