Liebherr now has the HTM 1205 T / LTB 12+4 truck mixer as a semitrailer with innovative innovations in its range. Not only the new flexibility provided by the semitrailer concept, but also the optionally available telescopic conveyor belt bring flexibility and time savings to the construction site. Even on narrow ground, manoeuvring is no problem thanks to the rear steering axle.

Liebherr presents the ETM truck mixer range with electric drum drive

Liebherr introduces two truck mixers with electrical drum drives at Bauma. With the ETM range, Liebherr provides its customers with a complete range with various drum sizes are even as a semitrailer. Liebherr is presenting two models at Bauma: An ETM 905 as a fixed structure and an ETM 1004 T as a semitrailer with fully electrical tractor.

The 50 M5 XXT development focused on integrating new technologies and capabilities, lowering the overall weight and optimizing product dimensions.

Liebherr THS 110 D-K crawler concrete pump especially suited to special civil engineering works.

Intermat 2018 will see Liebherr introduce the THS 110 D-K crawler concrete pump, which offers a maximum delivery rate of 102 m³/h and features a six-cylinder engine. The series of Liebherr crawler concrete pumps encompasses a total of three models – the THS 80 D-K, the THS 110 D-K and the THS 140 D-K with maximum delivery rates ranging from 65 m³/h to 135 m³/h.

Liebherr-Mischtechnik GmbH is launching the RIV 2.5 D, a new ring-pan mixer for the prefabricated parts and concrete products industries. This model introduces the ability to infinitely vary the speed of the double-agitator system and the main drive independently of one another. This is made possible by two powerful electric motors.

Liebherr has been producing truck mixers for concrete transport for 50 years. The product is undergoing continuous development to deliver further customer advantages, and the fifth generation of truck mixer is now in production.

Liebherr mobile crane assembles concrete mixing plant from sister works

At the end of June, ESB Kranverleih Transport und Hebetechnik GmbH based in Mittelbiberach in Upper Swabia, assembled a Liebherr concrete mixing plant using Liebherr mobile cranes. The Betomix 2.5 RIM plant with a mixer size of 2.5 m³ was assembled in a gravel plant just a few kilometres from the Liebherr concrete technology production works in Bad Schussenried.

Ashcourt Group makes concrete investments with Liebherr

The Hull-based Ashcourt Group was established in 2009 and in 2015 purchased Robin Concrete and Waste Ltd. As well as enabling the Group to bring the supply and pumping of concrete in-house and to fulfil the need it identified for an efficient, reliable, independent concrete supplier, this purchase also provided the Group with a large tract of land to grow its operations. The Group has invested in a range of concrete mixers, pumps and a static batching plant from Liebherr in a programme of expansion, modernisation and standardisation.
