NADCAP certification: Important milestones reached by Liebherr Aerospace Brasil

A while ago, Liebherr Aerospace Brasil LTDA had been thoroughly audited based on the National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program, NADCAP for short.

For the second time in a row, the company achieved the Gold Merit Status for its Non-Destructive Testing process using liquid penetrant.

The Silver Merit status was also achieved once again and recognizes the chemical processes, including anodizing, chemical conversion, painting and passivation.

“The recertification by NADCAP is a major milestone for us, especially since it is one of the most demanding accreditations in the aerospace and defense industry,” said Martin Wandel, Chief Operating Officer at Liebherr-Aerospace & Transportation SAS. “This recognition is more than just a quality seal: it reflects great teamwork, our continuous pursuit of excellence and commitment to the highest safety and reliability standards.”
