On the third day of Bauma, representatives of the Swabian city of Biberach (Riss) visited the Liebherr Group at Bauma. Dr. h.c. Dipl.-Ing. Willi Liebherr welcomed Mayor Norbert Zeidler and First Mayor Ralf Miller at the Liebherr booth. The Biberach site is one of the oldest production sites of the Liebherr Group.
Mayor Norbert Zeidler and First Mayor Ralf Miller of the Upper Swabian city of Biberach left for the world's largest trade fair on Wednesday and payed a visit to the Liebherr Group at Bauma. The guests were welcomed by Dr. h.c. Dipl.-Ing. Willi Liebherr, president of the administrative board of Liebherr-International AG and son of the company founder Dr.-Ing. E. h. Hans Liebherr.
With their visit the city showed their appreciation for the company, which has been represented in Biberach since 1954 and is one of the biggest employers in the region with two production companies: Liebherr-Werk Biberach GmbH and Liebherr-Components Biberach GmbH. Both companies are represented at Bauma with numerous products and innovations.
