At the Ligna 2015 international trade fair for the timber and forestry industry, which takes place from 11 to 15 May 2015 in Hanover, Liebherr is presenting its latest special machines for timber processing companies. Visitors can find the Liebherr trade fair stand in the G03 area outside on the corner of hall 25/27.
In Hanover, Liebherr is débuting the new LH 35 M Timber handling machine. The equipment is fitted with the latest engine technology compliant with emissions stage IV / Tier 4f and offers an operating weight of approximately 30 tonnes.
From the portfolio of wheel loaders for the timber industry, Liebherr is exhibiting the L 514 and L 556 wheel loaders at the Ligna 2015 trade fair. Liebherr offers a wide range of equipment options that were especially developed for companies of the timber industry – such as numerous attachment tools for handling trunks and other biomass, or an optimised cooling system for deployment in areas with heavy dust. In this way, companies of the timber and forestry industry can adapt Liebherr wheel loaders to their individual requirements.

At InnoTrans 2026, Liebherr will unveil its new railroad excavator for the first time: the RE 22 M Litronic. This model expands the existing range to include a machine in the 22-tonne class with hydrostatic rail-wheel drive and is the successor to the A 922 Rail and A 924 Rail.
