From April 7 to 13, 2025, the Group showcased its latest developments in alternative drives, digitalisation and automation across more than 14,000 m² of exhibition ground. In addition to numerous world premieres, Liebherr’s presence focused on personal interaction with customers, partners and talents.
Even before the official start of the trade show, Liebherr-Werk Bischofshofen GmbH was awarded the Bauma Innovation Award 2025 for its autonomous system ‘Liebherr Autonomous Operations.’ This wheel loader solution also wowed audiences during the exhibition as part of the daily machine shows – just one of many live demonstrations that impressively showcased Liebherr’s innovative strength.
Whether at product presentations, in the InnovationLab, the career area or on the popular Test&Drive area—where selected machines could be tested hands-on— Liebherr’s presence offered numerous opportunities to experience technology up close. The Liebherr Shop, featuring its exclusive Bauma collection, was also a big hit with visitors.

The team bid farewell to the audience on the final day of the event with the traditional honking of the horns – but only until the next Bauma in 2028.
