Located at Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub the facility will be dedicated to serve regional customers with optimized MRO and logistic performance.

Liebherr liefert propanbasierte HLK-Systeme für FLIRT Akku Züge der ÖBB

Liebherr-Transportation Systems wurde vom Schweizer Zughersteller Stadler Bussnang mit der Lieferung von propanbasierten HLK-Systemen beauftragt, die in Batteriezügen des Typs FLIRT Akku integriert werden. Die Triebwagen sollen 2028 bei den Österreichischen Bundesbahnen (ÖBB) in Betrieb genommen werden.

Liebherr supplies CO2 air-conditioning systems to Siemens Mobility

Liebherr has reached a major milestone towards more sustainable mobility in Europe: The company supplies heating, ventilation and air- conditioning systems that use the natural refrigerant R744 (CO2). The HVAC system is one of the first solutions of its kind in mainline passenger transportation to be used in regular operations in Europe. The systems with a low ecological footprint will be supplied to Siemens Mobility during the next three years.
