体验自动化：利勃海尔Kempten开设了新的技术中心
利勃海尔齿轮加工机床有限公司新建的“利勃海尔技术中心”使自动化系统这一主题成为客户的生活。利勃海尔在700平方米的测试大厅中测试并演示了高质量的自动化系统。在这里也可以满足客户的个人需求。
Kempten（德国）–利勃海尔齿轮加工机床有限公司的新“利勃海尔技术中心”使客户能够洞悉自动化系统的世界。
“我们的新技术中心提供了广泛的测试选配。除了我们的托盘处理系统之外，我们还建立了两个测试箱当作拣选箱。我们还在测试带有自动导引车和LP 100线性机器人的柔性生产单元，”自动化系统开发主管Thomas Mattern解释了测试室的结构。
新创建的客户区
新的90平方米的客户区域为讨论客户项目或进行技术讨论创造了愉快的氛围。对于许多展览而言，工业4.0主题也起着重要作用。在分拣箱工作站，客户可以现场体验“随机分拣箱”，并自己进行测试。因此，客户区域是创新的场所，并且由于其位置略高，可以观看到测试大厅的全景。
“对于利勃海尔和我们的客户来说，这是双赢的局面。尽管我们可以在开发方面有效地对新产品进行试验和测试系列，但我们的客户会得到专业的支持。例如，可以进行可行性研究或客户试验。”
楼上还有一个办公区和一间会议室。目前已有两名测试技术人员在新的技术中心工作，以调试测试系统，进行原型或客户试用并记录结果。根据需要在现场部署了其他员工，例如组装工人，安装人员，软件开发人员和计算机科学家。
该大厅最初租用是作为项目的测试区。经过成功的测试阶段后，测试车辆被分配到了自动化和齿轮技术部门的主要位置。结果，自动化技术的组装区域将不再被充分利用。最终，这导致将自动化系统测试区域迁移到新的技术中心，该技术中心距离主站点仅五分钟车程。
拣箱
自2010年以来，利勃海尔一直致力于箱子的拣选工作。特殊软件使机械手可以从盒子中拾取未分类的工件。然后，将被夹持的零件引入生产过程。“这种自动化解决方案可优化过程可靠性并提高生产率。有了两个箱子拣选测试室，我们的技术中心是现代化生产基地的另一个因素。” Thomas Mattern总结道。
