We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Specialist to ensure all legal and contractual services work of the company is organized and implemented in proper, appropriate and timely manner

Your responsibilities

• Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of company objectives
• Pro-active approach with the operations and management
• Supporting the manager on the key sites/projects contracts reporting and coordinating with Operation/Planning/Finance departments for improvements/corrections
• Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions
• Create and maintain relationships with suppliers/customers and serve as the singular point of contract for matters concerning contracts
• Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress
• Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters
• Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what's best for the company
• Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself
• Provide monthly contract management report presentation

Your qualifications

• Degree in Law / Management Business
• 3 years experience in similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
