Liebherr LR 11350 crawler crane moves giant ring liner in India

A Liebherr crawler crane LR 11350 erected a complete pre-formed ring linger during the construction of reactor block 3 at the Kakrapar Nuclear Power Plant in Western India in the State Gujarat. A unit owned by Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd (NPCIL), the Government owned company for nuclear energy and nuclear power plants in India. With a diameter of around 50 m, a height of 5 m and a total weight of approx. 170 t including the weight of the ring, the spider type lifting tackle fitted with evener beam, the ring was probably the dimensionally largest single structure ever to have been hoisted by a crane in India. Two Liebherr LTM 1750-9.1 cranes install glass roof: Tandem hoist at Erding thermal water world complex

A new glass roof was recently installed at Erding thermal water world complex (Therme Erding). Two new Liebherr LTM 1750-9.1 mobile cranes were used for this job. The total area of the roof structure is 2,600 m² and it was ho-isted into position in two segments. The heaviest load totalled 203 tonnes including hooks and cross beams. Узнать больше

Liebherr to Present its LTM 1300-6.2 Six-Axle Mobile Crane in Bern

At the 2014 construction machinery exhibition in Bern (Switzerland), Liebherr presents its 300 tonne mobile crane on a six-axle chassis, which has been reveiled at the 2013 Bauma. The LTM 1300-6.2 features a 78 m telescopic boom, which means an additional 6 m in length over its predecessor, the 250-tonne LTM 1250-6.1. In addition, its load capacity has been increased considerably. The new LTM 1300-6.2 from Liebherr is the most powerful 300-tonner available on the mobile crane market. Узнать больше
