Your responsibilities
- Perform Cutting, Grinding, Milling, Drilling, Sand blasting, Polishing, Engraving of Heat Exchanger and parts to prepare welding assembly
- Perform Welding of Heat Exchanger and parts refer to relevant technical publications, repair manuals
- Complete product maintenance records with forms and ERP
- All maintenance work performed compliance with CAA regulation, MOA manual, procedure
- Daily maintenance of the repair tools and equipment
- Report any quality issue to supervisor and quality department
- Assist in the development of new Heat Exchanger repair capability
- Other relative tasks assigned by Repair Shop Supervisor
Your qualifications
- Specialized Secondary Schools or above
- Technical vocational school or college with specialty in welding, aerospace maintenance is preferred or related major
- Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) training and qualification according China or America (AWS D17.1) or European standard
- Fitter training, Machining practice training is preferred;
- Minimum 3 Years welding working experience.
- Knowledge related with civil aviation maintenance / welding
- Read and understand English technical data and related drawings
- General practice of Civil aviation maintenance;
- GTAW(TIG) welding skill is the basic requirement;
- Operation skill of Machines such as Cutting, Grinding, Milling, Drilling, Sand blasting Etc.;
- Correctly use the welding tools, equipment and IMTE, chemicals;
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office);
- Diligence, analysis and diagnose capability, communication skills;
