About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about HSE to join our Tower Crane Division based at our Pinkenba branch. In this role you will work closely with Senior Managers and employees by providing effective HSE operational advice and service to drive a positive safety culture across the workforce. This role will also establish relationships with our customers to support project safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HSE documents and relevant training to support Tower Cranes project and its customers.
• Conduct incident investigations and provide recommended course of actions.
• Support development and implement safe systems of work, policies, and procedures.
• Deliver HSE induction training programs including on site inductions.
• Conduct compliance audits and provide feedback to managers and Employees on areas for improvement.

About You

• Diploma in Work Health and Safety (WHS) or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ HSE experience in a construction or similar critical risk industry
• Knowledge and understanding of WHS legislation
• Ability to work effectively with a broad range of individuals at multiple levels
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communications, and presentation skills
• Rehabilitation & Return to Work Certificate, desirable.
