Тарельчатый бетоносмеситель Liebherr: инновационное решение для производства высококачественных бетонов

На выставке Intermat 2018 завод Liebherr-Mischtechnik GmbH представит новый тарельчатый бетоносмеситель RIV 2.5 D, предназначенный для предприятий по производству товарного бетона и сборных железобетонных конструкций. Ключевое нововведение, реализованное в RIV 2.5 D, – это независимая и бесступенчатая регулировка скорости вращения основного смесительного механизма и двух завихрителей. Это стало возможным благодаря раздельному приводу смесительных инструментов от двух мощных электромоторов.

Новый гусеничный экскаватор R 936 Compact на Intermat 2018 в Париже

На выставке Intermat 2018 в Париже компания Liebherr представит новый гусеничный экскаватор R 936 Compact, отличающийся высокой производительностью и компактными размерами. За разработку и производство экскаватора отвечает завод Liebherr-France SAS, расположенный в городе Кольмар, Франция. В ходе проектирования этой машины были учтены актуальные требования европейских заказчиков землеройных машин. R 936 Compact дополнит линейку компактных гусеничных экскаваторов Liebherr, которая сейчас насчитывает три модели: R 914 Compact, R 920 Compact и R 926 Compact. Рабочий вес экскаватора составляет 35 т. При этом он обладает традиционными преимуществами техники Liebherr. В частности, это универсальность, гибкая адаптация к условиям эксплуатации, высокая производительность, надёжность, безопасность и комфорт оператора.

Liebherr представляет LRB 16: новая комбинированная буровая- сваебойная установка

На Intermat 2018 компания Liebherr представит новую комбинированную сваебойную-буровую установку LRB 16, предназначенную для широкого спектра фундаментостроительных работ. К преимуществам этой машины относятся компактные размеры и комплекс систем поддержки, значительно облегчающих работу оператора. Эта сваебойная-буровая установка теперь также доступна в версии LRB 18, которая отличается от стандартной версии LRB 16 более длинной мачтой.

Al Faris places major order for 25 Liebherr mobile cranes

Liebherr has received a major order from Al Faris Equipment Rentals: the company based in Dubai, UAE has ordered 25 new Liebherr mobile cranes to mark its 25th anniversary. The order includes twelve models of the brand new Liebherr LRT 1090-2.1 and LRT 1100-2.1 rough-terrain cranes. The first cranes from the order are due to be delivered late last year.

BMS takes delivery of first Liebherr LTM 1090-4.2 mobile crane

Danish crane and heavy haulage contractor BMS took delivery of the very first LTM 1090-4.2 in mid-December 2017. Liebherr first unveiled the 90-tonne crane in March of the same year at the Conexpo in Las Vegas. The new 4-axle crane is extremely flexible since it can travel with axle loads of 10 tonnes, 12 tonnes and 16 tonnes. It features a 60-metre telescopic boom, a whole 10 metres more than its predecessor, the LTM 1090-4.1.

Liebherr has supplied the 250th MK 88 to Barneveldse Kraanverhuur (BKV). The Dutch crane contractor is a long-term customer of the construction machine manufacturer and already uses a large number of Liebherr machines for its wide range of work.

Riga-Mainz produced an impressive performance in a demanding crane and heavy load job involving the installation of a bridge in Essen during November. A steel bridge weighing 418 tonnes and measuring around 50 metres in length had to be positioned over a section of railway track. One of the cranes involved was the new Liebherr LTM 1450-8.1 mobile crane.

At the end of November, the 60-tonne crane erected a 12-metre Christmas tree in front of the Badrutt’s Palace luxury hotel in St. Moritz. The three tonne fir tree with Christmas decorations creates a festive highlight in the entrance of the 5 star hotel.

Liebherr NC-B top-slewing cranes in action

After the launch of the NC-B series last year, the cranes are already working on several construction sites. The smaller one of them is the Balewadi Techpark in Pune, India. The larger one is the NC-B 9-62 that will be exhibit at the booth OD 50 at Excon in India from December 12th to 16th.
