BKL takes delivery of the very first LTM 1650-8.1 in Germany

BKL Baukran Logistik GmbH has added a Liebherr LTM 1650-8.1 to its fleet of mobile cranes. The company took delivery of the first crane of this type in Germany at the beginning of November. The main criterion for BKL was the high lifting capacity of the new 8-axle mobile crane.

Manufacturing of Liebherr Heavy Lift Crane 150000-3000 for Alfa Lift reaches key milestone

Inside the large industry halls of the Liebherr manufacturing site in Rostock, a noteworthy wedding took place for the new Heavy Lift Crane (HLC) 150000-3000, which marked the latest key milestone in its construction. The mechanical connection between the lower slewing column and the machinery frame was successfully realized to create the lower slewing unit of the HLC.

Modernisation – two new Liebherr mobile cranes for Würzburger Kranverleih

Würzburger Kranverleih und Bergungsdienst GmbH took delivery of two new Liebherr mobile cranes in October. The family-run company will be using the LTM 1030-2.1 and LTM 1110-5.1 to modernise its fleet, 80 percent of which is made up of Liebherr cranes.

Yesterday evening Liebherr-Hydraulikbagger GmbH unveiled the first representative of the new generation of articulated dump trucks within the framework of a digital product presentation. The TA 230 Litronic has been redeveloped from scratch on the basis of comprehensive market and customer analyses, designed with state-of-the-art technical implements and tested to the limits in extensive test phases according to the highest quality standards. The result: An excellent product with a new design, which represents maximum quality and reliability, impresses in terms of performance and efficiency and at the same time provides the utmost comfort.

Liebherr restores a 60-year-old wheel loader prototype: The LSL 1500

Almost 60 years after its début, Liebherr has restored one of the first wheel loader prototypes from the corporate group’s early years: the LSL 1500. This specimen is the oldest preserved Liebherr wheel loader in existence. Liebherr has invested about 650 working hours in the restoration of the vintage loader which is now used as an exhibition piece in the Liebherr Bischofshofen factory.

Ветрогенератор Nordex Delta 4000 ‒ это ветроэнергетическая установка (сокр. ВЭУ) последнего поколения в классе мощности от 4 до 5 мегаватт. Диаметр ротора с лопастями составляет 149 м. Чтобы установить гондолу в сборе с головкой ротора на высоту 108 м раньше требовалось три подъёма: отдельно поднимали и монтировали гондолу, редуктор и ротор. Компания Buckner Heavy Lift Cranes, специализирующаяся на тяжёлых крановых работах, доказала, что операцию можно выполнить быстрее и экономичнее ‒ с помощью одного подъёма вместо трёх.

Closing the gap – Schlamann takes delivery of Liebherr LTM 1060-3.1 mobile crane

Schlamann-Autokrane GmbH has taken delivery of a new Liebherr LTM 1060-3.1 mobile crane. The northern German crane contractor based at Marklohe near Nienburg will use the 60 tonne crane to replace an LTM 1045-3.1 and upgrade its fleet in the class between 50 and 90 tonnes.

Благодаря максимальной грузоподъемности 150 тонн и 66-метровой телескопической стреле он идеально дополняет линейку кранов Liebherr, классом ниже 180-тонной модели LTM 1160-5.2. Удлиненная на 10 процентов телескопическая стрела, в отличие от предыдущих моделей способна поднимать в среднем на 15 процентов более тяжелые грузы как с полным, так и с частичным балластом. Здесь поработали инженеры Liebherr: им удалось сохранить невысокий общий вес предыдущей модели. При нагрузке на ось 12 т этот кран перевозит 9 т балласта по дорогам общего пользования.

New top dog – Sommer invests in Liebherr LTM 1750-9.1 mobile crane

Sommer Kranverleih GmbH based in Bremen has upgraded its fleet – the 800 tonne LTM 1750-9.1 mobile crane is now the company’s flagship. The Liebherr 9-axle crane is now supplied as standard with new lifting capacity values which upgrade the crane almost throughout its entire operating range. The performance of the LTM 1750-9.1 has been significantly upgraded particularly for wind power jobs.

The fourth generation of the owner family of crane and heavy haulage contractor Wiesbauer GmbH made their first trip to the Liebherr plant in Ehingen to take delivery of a crane. This traditional family-run company based in Bietigheim-Bissingen (Baden-Württemberg) has significantly upgraded its crane fleet. Not only did the Swabian company take delivery of another LTM 1750-9.1 mobile crane, but an LTR 1220 telescopic crawler crane and a new 1000 tonne crawler crane were also added to its fleet. This LR 11000 celebrated a fantastic premiere in summer by hoisting a bridge to the north-east of Stuttgart.
