Liebherr to present material handling machines for recycling application

At Bauma 2019 Liebherr will present two material handling machines: LH 18 M Industry and LH 26 M Industry both models have been specially designed for recycling applications. With these models, Liebherr is positioning itself specifically in the field of small material handling machines, thereby expanding its product portfolio. As an example for its electric material handling technology, Liebherr will present the LH 26 Industry with mobile undercarriage.

Liebherr to present material handling innovations at Bauma 2019 for port operation

At Bauma 2019 Liebherr will present two material handling machines for its Port range: the LH 40 M Port and the LH 110 C Gantry Port with electric drive. The LH 40 Port is the smallest model of its range and has an operating weight of between 41 and 45 tonnes.

В рамках Bauma 2019 компания Liebherr представит «умные» системы ассистирования операторам фронтальных погрузчиков. В частности, это система активного мониторинга пространства за кормой погрузчика, система мониторинга пространства перед погрузчиком и система кругового обзора Skyview 360°. Эти решения призваны увеличить безопасность на рабочей площадке и облегчить работу оператора, так как ежедневное управление колёсным погрузчиком – тяжёлый труд и большая ответственность. Повышению производительности погрузчиков поспособствует система автоматических весов, измеряющих загрузку ковша в большом диапазоне положений. Эти смарт-системы являются собственными разработками Liebherr и потому полностью интегрированы в погрузчики. Также на Bauma 2019 состоится презентация нового «джойстикового» управления для погрузчиков Liebherr, начиная с модели L 526 и заканчивая моделью L 586 XPower®. Управление джойстиком вместо руля снижает утомляемость оператора и повышает точность управления, так как положение рукоятки джойстика всегда соответствует актуальному углу излома полурам машины.

Since June 2018, scrap and metal trading company M. Kaatsch GmbH in Plochingen, Germany, has been working with a new Liebherr LH 150 C High Rise Industry Litronic material handler: the first LH 150 with electric drive to be used in an inland port.

On 2nd October, Liebherr-Hydraulikbagger GmbH opened its new development and demonstration centre in Kirchdorf. Around 1,400 interested visitors from all over the world took up the invitation to attend. Liebherr enlarges reachstacker portfolio

At TOC Europe, Liebherr Maritime disclosed the expansion of the reachstacker product line by two new devices. A powerful reachstacker with the lifting capacity of 35 tonnes in the second container row and a log handler for timber handling will complete the existing product family.

New Zealand based scrap metal recycler, Metalco Recyclers Ltd, recently took delivery of two Liebherr LH 30 M Material Handlers at their main steel processing yard in Te Puke on the North Island.

Liebherr showcases specialist machines at IFAT 2018 in Munich

From 14th to 18th May, Liebherr will have a 300 m² stand at IFAT 2018, the world's leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management, which takes place in Munich. In hall C5 at stand 151/250, Liebherr will showcase specialist machines for the recycling industry and waste management. In addition to the two material handlers, the LH 22 M Industry Litronic and LH 30 M Industry Litronic, the L 556 XPower wheel loader from the successful XPower generation will also be on show.

Liebherr opens new agency in south-east of France

Liebherr inaugurated its new facility in Rognac on 9th March 2018 in front of 400 customers. The new facility is now in charge of the sales, rental and service of earthmoving, material handling and construction machines. Only 30 km from Marseille, the new location has 60 employees.

В течение 2018 года компания Liebherr планирует вывести на рынок восемь новых моделей телескопических погрузчиков, которые будут предлагаться в 26 различных версиях. При этом модельный ряд будет разделён на две серии: «S» и «Value». Серия «S» будет включать погрузчики продвинутого класса, предназначенные для перевалки материалов и для работы на производственных предприятиях. Harbour Dredging: Hybrid Duty Cycle Crawler Crane with 300 t Capacity in Operation in Piombino

The currently largest duty cycle crawler crane type HS 8300 HD from Liebherr is presently carrying out dredging work in Piombino. The aim of the project is to remove deposited sediment from the mouth of the port and also to increase the depth of the water. For this purpose the hybrid duty cycle crawler crane is equipped with a hydraulic clamshell grab with a filling capacity of 22 m³.
