Anniversary: Liebherr-Hydraulikbagger GmbH celebrates its 75,000th excavator

The 75,000th excavator at Liebherr-Hydraulikbagger GmbH, the founding plant of the Liebherr Group, has been delivered. This is a good reason for the company and its around 1,700 employees to celebrate. The anniversary machine was unveiled to the staff during a celebratory event in the production plant. The A 918 Compact Litronic wheeled excavator received a special graffiti design by Claudia Walde, aka MadC, one of the world's most well-known graffiti artists. The compact wheeled excavator will join the fleet of Liebherr Rental Services.

New Liebherr Stereoloaders® as general-purpose machines in the fight against snow and ice

Amongst municipalities and service providers, Liebherr Stereoloaders® have an outstanding reputation when it comes to demanding winter related tasks. Both of the recently introduced L 514 and L 518 Liebherr Stereoloaders® live up to this reputation. With their new Z-unit bar linkage, they can work reliably in the battle against snow and ice with a variety of tool attachments. As “Speeders”, the new models can achieve a top speed of 40 km/h. Thanks to this and other innovations, the Liebherr Stereoloaders® are an economical alternative to conventional snow clearing equipment. Use of the versatile wheel loader as a winter service machine reduces its down time in winter. Operators can thus benefit from increased productivity.

Liebherr R 970 SME crawler excavator at Steinexpo 2017

With the R 970 SME Liebherr showcases a 80-tonne excavator for the mining industry at the 10th Steinexpo, the International Demonstration Show for the Construction Materials Industry, in Homberg/Nieder-Ofleiden from 30 August to 2 September 2017. Steinexpo 2017: Liebherr presents high-performance wheel loaders for quarrying use

Liebherr is to present two wheel loaders from the large wheel loader segment at this year’s Steinexpo. With the two wheel loaders L 580 XPower® and L 586 XPower®, Liebherr introduces two machines from the successful XPower generation that are specially equipped for use in tough conditions in the extraction process. Another highlight on display at the Liebherr stand includes the emission stage IV/Tier 4f-compliant L 518 Stereoloader®, representing the new generation of stereoloaders. It caters to the needs of companies from the quarrying industry as a reliable partner and impresses thanks to its versatility.

Liebherr showcases the PR 726 Litronic at Steinexpo this year: a crawler tractor from Liebherr's successful generation 6. The series now totals six models with operating weights from approximately 16 tonnes to over 70 tonnes, which comply with the emissions standards of Stage IV / Tier 4f.

Liebherr A 924 Litronic wheeled excavator at Steinexpo 2017

At Steinexpo 2017 Liebherr will showcase the A 924 Litronic wheeled excavator with the new concept, which ensures compliance with Stage IV / Tier 4f emissions standards. The machine has an operating weight of between 21.5 and 26.5 tonnes and an engine power of 140 kW / 190 HP. Additionally Liebherr presents the SG 30B stone tongs attachment. It is a special version of the sorter grab designed for the safe and efficient movement of large stones and blocks of stone.

Liebherr to Present its Latest Construction Machinery in Finland at the 2017 Maxpo

The Liebherr Group is present at Finland´s largest trade fair for construction machinery Maxpo, which is held from 7 to 9 September in Hyvinkää. On stand A 60, measuring 1.480 m², Liebherr offers trade visitors a range of construction machinery from the fields of earthmoving, material handling and mobile cranes.
