As betoneiras lightweight foram desenvolvidas com base na longa experiência da Liebherr no mercado de concreto, garantindo máxima qualidade e robustez do conjunto.
Em dezembro de 2020, a empresa Concrelagos adquiriu um pacote de dez betoneiras de 8 m³ modelo Lightweight.
As betoneiras irão operar na região Sudeste (RJ, SP, ES e MG) e o parceiro optou pelo modelo Lightweight por razões logísticas, pois as máquinas irão operar em regiões com controle de balança nas rodovias.
Entre as principais razões para a aquisição, a qualidade pela qual a Liebherr é reconhecida e a parceria de longa data foram essenciais para que a Concrelagos optasse pela HTM-LW.
A betoneira Lightweight foi redesenhada e teve componentes redimensionados para atender às necessidades dos clientes em relação à redução do peso do conjunto caminhão-betoneira, possibilitando o transporte das cargas nominal completas do implemento, dentro das regulamentações legais.
A betoneira Lightweight da Liebherr foi apresentada ao mercado em outubro de 2020.
