• Receipt, analysis, and processing of support requests in first and second level support
• Prioritization and classification of tickets according to SLA requirements
• Technical and professional support for customers in the use of SaaS applications
• Independent resolution of recurring incidents as well as sustainable problem solving
• Documentation of solutions and continuous expansion of the knowledge base
• Support with releases, updates, and testing
• Monitoring of the system landscape and proactive identification of disruptions

Stärken einbringen: Ihre Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in supporting SaaS or cloud applications is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and databases (e.g., SQL)
• Confident use of ticketing systems - Analytical and structured working approach
• Strong service orientation and communication skills
• Solid German and English skills, both written and spoken
