International training as a solution to the skills shortage

German engineering meets global perspectives: Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg GmbH demonstrates how international training can contribute to solving the shortage of skilled workers. In collaboration with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and the PAM programme (“Partnerships for development-oriented training and labour migration”), Liebherr is actively promoting the integration of young talent from abroad.
