For the first time, Liebherr presents itself as an employer with its own career lounge at the Liebherr booth and the ‘Think BIG!’ in the ICM. Here, interested visitors can learn everything about the wide range of job opportunities and the Liebherr Group's employer brand. Christian Jörg has been part of the Liebherr Group since 2020 and can be found in the Career Lounge at Bauma.
This is best described by our four employer characteristics. One of our characteristics is fascination - and what could better express the fascination for our daily work than our Liebherr exhibits here at Bauma?
Consistency is also important to us. At Bauma, we take the opportunity to talk to our customers and partners and deepen our relationships. These relationships have often existed for years, but it's always nice that everyone comes together again for Bauma and that we can exchange ideas.
Cohesion is another employer characteristic. And without it, an impressive trade fair appearance like this would not be possible - colleagues from all over the world come together and work hand in hand.
I am most impressed by the freedom of action. We attach particular importance to this employer characteristic at Liebherr. Because here at Bauma, we show the world what freedom of action can achieve. Or to put it another way: the best solutions are only created when everyone is given the freedom to act and develop.
There is something for everyone at Liebherr! We offer various opportunities for potential employees. This is also reflected in our slogan ‘One Passion. Many Opportunities’. At InnoTrans 2026, Liebherr will unveil its new railroad excavator for the first time: the RE 22 M Litronic. This model expands the existing range to include a machine in the 22-tonne class with hydrostatic rail-wheel drive and is the successor to the A 922 Rail and A 924 Rail. The machine combines tried-and-tested components from the A 922 Rail with a newly developed undercarriage and a new operator's cab.
