Liebherr Mobilmix concrete batching plants for more efficiency and mobility

Liebherr’s focus in developing the Mobilmix was on quick commissioning, high flexibility, and sustainable concrete production. The Mobilmix series is based on a well-designed, modular system. The individual modules can be flexibly combined and individually configured.

Economic and flexible to use

This modular principle allows for particularly fast and economical assembly within a few days and at the same time offers maximum adaptability to a wide variety of applications. The innovative folding concept, combined with pre-wiring ex works, enables concrete production after only nine days, provided the appropriate conditions are met. Thanks to pre-wired modules and steel foundations, only a level, compacted surface is required – there is no need for costly concrete foundations. The Mobilmix transport units are optimized for road transport, allowing the plant to be moved quickly and economically from one construction site to the next.

New LiPerformance process optimization:

A key highlight of the Liebherr concrete batching plants is the integrated LiPerformance process optimization. It smooths out power peaks by up to 64%, significantly reducing both the connection costs to the power grid and the ongoing energy costs. At the same time, the technology reduces wear on the drives through gentle starting and stopping, which significantly increases the service life of the components.

Another key advantage is the precise cement dosing. With a dosing accuracy of +/- 2.2 lb (+/- 1 kg) using the new LiPerformance process optimization, up to 17.5 lb (8 kg) of cement can be saved in a standard recipe with a minimum cement content of 661 lb (300 kg – contributing to greater resource efficiency and cost-effectiveness. In combination with the Liebherr control system, LiPerformance process optimization also enables an increase in output of up to 20% compared to conventional batching plants with the same mixer size. With intelligent mixing process control, the speeds of the mixing system can be individually adjusted according to the mixing progress. This reduces mixing time by up to 30%.

The new LiClean cleaning solutions from Liebherr also offer various effective options for cleaning the plants. Water consumption can be reduced by up to 70% and cleaning time by up to 80%.

Comfort and safety for the operator

Spacious work areas and ergonomic access ensure a high level of operating comfort and maximum safety. The plants can be equipped with up to six cement silos, various mixing systems, and extensive accessories. The Mobilmix is also well equipped for extreme climatic conditions – from winter cladding to ice scales.
