Successful market launch of the new Liebherr LR 1500 crawler crane

The new Liebherr LR 1500 crawler crane was one of the highlights on the company's stand at the Bauma 2016. Liebherr first unveiled the new 500-tonne machine at its open days in Ehingen in June 2015. The "powerful–compact–simple" concept has proved popular with customers all over the world. This has led to over 20 machines being sold for jobs around the globe. The first machines will be delivered in summer this year.

The Liebherr Group presents a selection of its varied range of cranes at the CTT Moscow. While the LTR 1100 telescopic crawler crane with its variable boom system is predestined for the assembly of finished parts, the modular 150 EC-B 8 Litronic flat-top crane can be modified for a broad range of construction site requirements. Visitors to the exhibition are also able to test the crane simulator for construction cranes, which is a permanent item in Liebherr's crane driver training program.

Liebherr shows the modified 43 R4 XXT truck-mounted concrete pump at the CTT 2016. The four-section distributor boom is extremely stable and torsionally rigid, permitting maximum flexibility and a large working range of the distributor boom with narrow outrigging.

Liebherr is showcasing the LH 26 CE Industry at IFAT 2016. The material handler with electric drive is based on the current machine generation of stage IIIB with diesel engine. The LH 26 CE Industry is perfect for recycling applications, such as material handling, unloading or sorting waste paper, scrap wood and waste products. Efficiency and productivity were to the fore during the development of this high-performance machine with compact dimensions.
