On the second day of Bauma 2025, Liebherr handed over a new HS 8130.1 to Salim Equipment Rental LLC. The machine will strengthen one of the biggest duty cycle crawler crane fleets in the GCC region and will mainly be used for ground improvement operations such as dynamic compaction.

Joachim Kern answers at Bauma three questions about the first fully electric duty cycle crawler crane HS 8100.2 dual power

Joachim Kern has been with Liebherr for nearly 20 years and currently works as product manager for duty cycle crawler cranes at Liebherr-Werk Nenzing GmbH. He appreciates both the design and development opportunities in his work, as well as the positive work environment. He finds the diverse applications of Liebherr machines worldwide particularly fascinating. This year, he will be attending Bauma for the sixth time and can be found at the exhibit of the HS 8100.2 dual power.

With the two LB 30 drilling rigs and the LRB 23 combined piling and drilling rig, the company is focusing particularly on efficiency and precision, which is of exceptional importance in the deep foundation industry.

Nouvel engin de battage et de forage : LRB 19

Avec le nouvel engin de battage et de forage LRB 19, Liebherr lance sur le marché le successeur des modèles LRB 16 et LRB 18 qui ont fait leurs preuves depuis de nombreuses années. Cette machine compacte et polyvalente est conçue pour toutes les applications courantes dans le domaine des fondations spéciales. Les vibreurs, marteaux ou la table de forage peuvent être facilement remplacés grâce à un système de changement rapide hydraulique. Un puissant moteur de 450 kW assure la capacité nécessaire pour toutes les interventions.

Travailler plus en profondeur grâce à l’engin de forage LB 45.1

Dans le segment des fondations spéciales, Liebherr présente au salon Bauma de cette année la dernière génération de l’engin de forage LB 45.1. Grâce à la nouvelle rallonge de flèche en treillis et à des systèmes d’assistance innovants, sans oublier la protection du treuil Kelly contre la surcharge, ce modèle définit de nouvelles références en matière d’utilisation. L’engin allie puissance, flexibilité et efficacité. Il offre par ailleurs un confort optimal à l’opérateur grâce au nouveau concept de cabine.

Première pelle à câbles électrique : HS 8100.2 dual power

La première pelle à câbles entièrement électrique de Liebherr est l’un des produits phare du salon Bauma 2025. Avec la HS 8100.2 dual power, le Groupe poursuit le développement d’appareils zéro émission. Ce modèle offre différentes alternatives d’entraînement suivant les conditions sur le chantier. Avec ses treuils à chute libre de 30 tonnes, il est très performant et polyvalent dans son utilisation.

Fraise à parois moulées LSC 8-20 et pelle à câbles HS 8130.1

Au salon Bauma de cette année, Liebherr présente son nouveau pack pour les travaux exigeants de parois moulées, composé d’une pelle à câbles et d’une fraise. Avec sa nouvelle motorisation et ses treuils à chute libre de 35 tonnes, la HS 8130.1 est ultrapuissante et peut être utilisée de manière universelle comme engin porteur. En combinaison avec le couple plus élevé de la fraise LSC 8-20, ce duo performant est parfaitement adapté aux parois moulées profondes, avec des épaisseurs pouvant atteindre deux mètres.

« Hands on the future » : sur une surface d’environ 14 000 m2, Liebherr exposera à la Bauma 2025 plus de 70 produits d’avenir issus des segments de produits terrassement, manutention de matériaux, secteur minier, grues mobiles sur pneus et sur chenilles, grues à tour, fondations spéciales, technique du béton et composants. Toujours sous le même slogan, le Groupe montrera la manière dont il aborde dès maintenant les défis du futur et élabore des solutions main dans la main avec ses clients, en tant que partenaire fiable. Liebherr-Werk Nenzing GmbH converts to HVO fuel

Since August 2024, the Liebherr factory in Nenzing, Austria, has switched to HVO fuel for the machines it produces. The big advantage in using this instead of fossil diesel is that it is largely CO2 neutral. The company is thus making an important contribution to reducing global greenhouse gas emissions. The HVO fuel is now also being used in the factory’s supply chain.

Slurry wall construction in Naples

The company SAOS s.r.l. constructs slurry walls for infrastructure projects such as underground railways, road tunnels and high-speed railway lines throughout Italy.
