As Conexpo 2026 opens its doors, Liebherr is placing a spotlight not only on its latest technologies, but also on the people who bring those innovations to life every day.
Across disciplines – from IT and training to field service and customer support – Liebherr employees embody the company’s commitment to quality, ingenuity, and customer-centricity.
During Conexpo visitors will have the opportunity to meet some of these dedicated team members in person, hear their stories, and experience firsthand the passion that drives Liebherr forward.
For many team members, pride in their work comes naturally because they see the impact of Liebherr’s products all around them. Terran Jones, IT operations manager, still remembers the moment he realized the scale of that impact: “I was in Miami on a trip, and I looked at the skyline and I saw a ton of Liebherr cranes. It feels good coming to work every day knowing that we’re helping to literally build the world.”
Field Service Technician Robert Arthur describes his experience in similar terms: “I enjoy working here at Liebherr because I feel my time here does make a difference in the industry. It’s a large, global company, where I feel a part of something big and significant.”
For others, it’s the diversity of the business and the global community behind it. Senior Business analyst Aigerim Lukpanova highlights the constant learning that comes with such variety: “I love the diversity of our business because we work in so many industries, and it's a never‑ending learning process. And I definitely love the opportunity to work with people around the world.” To her, Liebherr’s strength lies in its combination of global perspective and family-oriented culture.
At Liebherr, shaping the future isn’t only a slogan: it's daily work. That future is built through innovation, development, and a forward-looking mindset shared across the company and teams.
Service training manager Jason Gardin plays a hands-on role in preparing tomorrow’s technicians: “We get to sit down with technicians every single day and teach them new concepts and ideas to help them do their jobs in the field and support Liebherr equipment. Shaping the future – that’s what we’re about here in the training department.”
For Human services coordinator Emily Schilling, shaping the future means empowering employees to grow and thrive: “What we’re doing is getting the employees ready for the future—whether that’s providing growth opportunities or initiatives like job rotation programs. We really think about how to prepare our employees for the Liebherr that will exist in ten, twenty, or fifty years.”
Innovation also resides in the systems that keep the company running efficiently. As Terran Jones notes, “Innovative systems and technologies we bring to the table allow all of our employees to do great things – build great products, build great cranes, and provide great support.”
Together, these efforts ensure that Liebherr remains at the forefront of engineering excellence and responsible growth.
Customer collaboration is central to Liebherr’s philosophy, and few places demonstrate this more vividly than Conexpo. Here, employees from across the organization meet customers face-to-face, answer questions, and listen to the needs shaping tomorrow’s solutions.
For Senior Sales administration specialist Angela Newbern, these in‑person connections are invaluable: “Sometimes we go to events like Conexpo, and we’re customer-facing and interacting with people on a more personal level. It’s really fun to meet people I would never normally meet day to day.”
Field service technician Robert Arthur emphasizes the shared goals he experiences in the field: “Working hand-in-hand with customers is crucial. I always make sure I work around the customer’s schedule and remember that we’re all pulling the rope in the same direction.”
These relationships ensure that Liebherr’s solutions remain not only technologically advanced, but also deeply aligned with customer needs.
Liebherr’s presence at Conexpo is more than a showcase of machines – it’s a celebration of the people who build, support, and stand behind them every day. Visitors are warmly invited to stop by the Liebherr booth, meet these dedicated employees, and discover the passion and expertise that define the company’s culture.
Whether you're seeking technical insights, future-focused conversations, or simply a chance to connect with the minds driving innovation, our team looks forward to welcoming you at Conexpo.
