La Liebherr-Ettlingen GmbH a démarré l'extension d'un hall d'usine et agrandit ainsi son centre de compétences de refabrication. Des représentants de la politique et de l'économie étaient invités au premier coup de pioche le 2 décembre sur le terrain de la Liebherr-Verzahntechnik GmbH à Ettlingen.

La Liebherr-Ettlingen GmbH a démarré l'extension d'un hall d'usine et agrandit ainsi son centre de compétences de refabrication. Sur une nouvelle surface de 2 500 m², la branche des composants a pour tâche la remise en état de composants d'entraînement d'occasion Liebherr. Des représentants de la politique et de l'économie étaient invités au premier coup de pioche le 2 décembre sur le terrain de la Liebherr-Verzahntechnik GmbH à Ettlingen.

Liebherr-Components presents newly developed power modules and frequency inverter system

Liebherr will be presenting its new LCU-A and LCU-C power modules for low voltage applications at the SPS IPC Drives 2015 electrical automation exhibition in Nuremberg, Germany from 24 to 26 November. These can be integrated into a modular control cabinet frequency inverter system. The power modules provide an output range of 110 kW to 1,000 kW.

Liebherr SCRFilter: Exhaust gas aftertreatment system for stage V

At this year’s Agritechnica, Liebherr presents a solution for adhering to the EU emissions standard of the future stage V: The SCRFilter is already used in machines for tunnel construction, and has been certified for stage IV and the Swiss market and also conforms to the regulations planned for stage V. The SCRFilter system is part of the modular Liebherr engine concept, is extremely compact and is characterised by long service intervals of over 4,500 hours.

Medium pressure pump added to Liebherr hydraulic portfolio

At the trade fair for agricultural machinery, Agritechnica, from 8 to 14 November, Liebherr presents the newly developed LH30VO axial piston pump of swash plate design. This complements the existing product portfolio in the medium pressure pump range at 280 bar nominal pressure and is suited for use in mobile machinery. The pump for open circulation has a specific delivery rate of 45 cm³ per rotation and at the time of its market launch can be configured with two of the most common controls. The pump can be used in various applications in the agricultural and forestry area.

Liebherr presents electric version of FAT 325 travel drive

At the trade fair for agricultural machinery, Agritechnica, from 8 to 14 November, Liebherr presents a new version of the FAT 325 travel drive, which is powered by an electric motor from the PGF series. The electric travel drive was designed for devices with an operating weight of roughly 30 to 40 tonne and is ideal for crawler vehicles with a diesel-electric drivetrain. Liebherr is thus following the electrification trend of off-highway devices, which aims at improving overall efficiency levels.

New generation of common rail systems from Liebherr with additional installation version

At the trade fair for agricultural machinery and equipment Agritechnica from 8 to 14 November 2015, Liebherr is presenting a new installation version of its pioneering common rail injection system 11.2 as well as a new inhouse developed and manufactured engine control unit, which is planned for series production in mid-2016. The whole system is designed to meet the common offroad emissions standards as well as onroad guidelines EURO V and EURO VI.

Les moteurs Liebherr des camions de l’écurie Kamaz font leurs preuves sur le Rallye Dakar

Cette année, le Rallye Dakar aura été un réel sacre pour l'écurie Kamaz Master de course de camions. En plus d'occuper toutes les marches du podium, l'équipe russe a également remporté la cinquième place. L’équipe Kamaz s'est par ailleurs imposée lors du rallye Africa Eco Race qui avait lieu en même temps. Tous équipés de puissants moteurs Diesel V8 Liebherr, les camions ont à nouveau fait preuve de toute leur efficacité face aux terribles conditions du désert.
