Systèmes de treuil Liebherr: de nouveaux composants clés pour les clients

Liebherr présente à l’occasion du salon Bauma 2019 les nouvelles possibilités qu’offrent les solutions de système de treuil aux clients, notamment en termes de flexibilité et d'adaptation aux différentes applications.

Liebherr dévoile sa gamme de systèmes d’entraînement

Liebherr Components présentera à l’occasion du salon Bauma 2019 sa nouvelle gamme de systèmes d’entraînement, élargissant ainsi son portefeuille de roulements existant. Cette nouvelle gamme de produits, pour laquelle un couple maximal et une grande facilité d’entretien seront les priorités, inclura des systèmes d’entraînement à vis sans fin, à engrenage cylindrique et à courroie.

Nouvelle génération de boîtes de vitesse LPI de Liebherr

Liebherr présentera à l’occasion du salon Bauma 2019 son vaste portefeuille de produits dans le domaine des engrenages planétaires et des treuils à câble. La nouvelle génération de boîtes de vitesse LPI sera particulièrement à l’honneur. Cette nouvelle gamme comprend sept boîtes de vitesse de base, du LPI 600 au LPI 1200, et couvrant une plage de couple comprise entre 20 000 Nm et 335 000 Nm. Elle permet en outre de réaliser des engrenages de grande dimension personnalisés avec un couple dynamique pouvant atteindre 2 300 000 Nm.

Liebherr élargit sa gamme de vérins hydrauliques

Liebherr présente en avant-première sa nouvelle gamme de vérins hydrauliques délivrant jusqu'à 260 bars à l’occasion du salon Bauma 2019. Élargissant le portefeuille existant de Liebherr, cette nouvelle gamme vient compléter la gamme 380 bars et la gamme industrielle conforme à la norme ISO 6022 en vue de répondre aux diverses exigences spécifiques du secteur. Liebherr présentera ces trois gammes aux visiteurs du salon Bauma 2019, sur son stand 326, Hall A4.

Liebherr Components choisit de nouveaux matériaux

Liebherr Components inclut des produits en plastique renforcé de fibres de carbone (PRFC) dans son portefeuille de produits. Liebherr met son expertise de la production de composants métalliques robustes au profit du développement et de l'utilisation de matériaux innovants.
