La société « Alfons Greten GmbH & Co. KG » d'Essen/Oldenburg (Allemagne) vient de mettre en service une centrale à béton de type Betomat V 1010, la plus grande de la gamme Liebherr avec 10,5 m de diamètre, 32 m de hauteur totale et huit silos pour un volume approximatif de 1000 m³ de granulats. Un tapis distributeur rotatif et un élévateur à godets alimentent l'installation par sa partie supérieure. Cinq silos fournissent un volume satisfaisant pour 500 tonnes de ciment, de fines ou de microsilice.
Grâce à Litronic-MPS III, le système moderne de commande de la centrale, le déchargement comme le positionnement du béton dans les ateliers de production est simple et rapide. De plus, des filtres de sortie d'air performants réduisent efficacement les émissions de poussière. L'installation est exploitable douze mois par an car isolée par des panneaux sandwich et équipée d'un chauffage.
Le béton de qualité provenant de la toute nouvelle centrale sera essentiellement destiné à la production d'éléments préfabriqués pour silos d'écuries, d'étables ou horizontaux.
