Portée augmentée pour la grue Flat-Top172 EC-B 8 Litronic de Liebherr

Liebherr a remanié son modèle à succès de grue Flat-Top 172 EC-B 8 Litronic et présente son successeur pour la première fois au public spécialisé à l’occasion du salon Intermat 2018. La flèche a été allongée à 62,5 mètres et permet un pas de longueur encore plus fin. La nouvelle grue Flat-Top exposée repose sur le nouveau système de mât 16 EC et est dotée La grue Flat-Top 172 EC-B 8 Litronic a été remaniée. Sa portée a été augmentée de 2,5 mètres et elle peut désormais être combinée avec les nouveaux systèmes de mât Liebherr. La grue à tour Liebherr lève maintenant 1 800 kilogrammes en bout de flèche avecune portée de 62,5 mètres. La charge maximum est toujours de 8 000 kg.

Liebherr invited sales partners from eight Latin American countries to a dealers' conference in Chile. In addition to visiting the airport site in Santiago and a presentation of the NC-B series tower cranes, the focus of the three-day event was on exchanging views with each other.

LTM 11200-9.1 mobile crane assembles special Liebherr construction crane for Max Bögl energy storage project

Tower cranes were assembled in September on the natural electricity storage site at Gaildorf, an innovative energy storage project being completed by the Max Bögl Group in southern Germany. The contractor erected the highest wind turbines in the world there. Max Bögl is combining the wind turbines with a pumped-storage power plant. A Liebherr mobile crane was used to assemble the 630 EC-H top-slewing cranes from the same manufacturer. On the site near Schwäbisch Hall, the LTM 11200-9.1 assembled the three massive construction cranes on the 40-metre high foundations of the wind turbines which are also used as water storage basins.

Fascinating crane backdrop in Vienna

An urban development project is currently underway in the Second Municipal District of Vienna – the Austria Campus with a gross floor area of around 303,000 square metres. Around 20 Liebherr EC-H and EC-B tower cranes are in action on the site to ensure smooth load handling.

Technology meets art – two Liebherr tower cranes build stage set in Bregenz

Liebherr is a construction partner to the Bregenz Festival: Two Liebherr tower cranes constructed the lake platform. The 154 EC-H 6 Litronic was specially anchored to the bed of Lake Constance for the opera "Carmen", while the 71 K has been owned by the Festival since 2000.

The Liebherr Tower Cranes Division planned and completed a job for a 1000 EC-H 50 Litronic in Schelklingen down to the very last detail. A new klinker production line is currently being built there whilst the cement works continues to operate normally.

At Conexpo 2017, Liebherr is offering a unique experience with a virtual reality application of tower cranes in operation. Simulation include the luffing jib crane 710 HC-L, which – in real life – is currently in action on the MoMA Tower construction site in New York.
