Your responsibilities
- Perform NDI of Heat Exchanger and parts refer to relevant technical publications, repair manuals
- Complete product maintenance records with forms and ERP
- All maintenance work performed compliance with CAA regulation, MOA manual, procedure
- Daily maintenance of the repair tools and equipment
- Report any quality issue to supervisor and quality department
- Assist in the development of new Heat Exchanger repair capability
Your qualifications
- Specialized Secondary Schools or above;
- Technical vocational school or college with specialty in NDI, Aerospace maintenance is preferred
- NDI (FPI) training and qualification according CAAC (MH/T 3001) or America (NAS410) or European standard (EN4197)
- Fitter training
- Minimum 3 Years NDT working experience
- Knowledge related with NDI (FPI) technology and standards
- Read and understand English technical data and related drawings
- General practice of Civil aviation maintenance
- Correctly use the NDI equipment and IMTE, chemicals
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
- Diligence, analysis and diagnose capability, communication skills
