Your responsibilities

• Commissioning, Troubleshooting and repair Maritime Cranes
• Complete Service Report after the repair duty
• Frequently travel to Job site or shipyard
• Make every effort to provide good communication with all customers in the region and to establish a good relationship with them on behalf of LIEBHERR
• Make proposal and organize the regional service image promotion, e.g., intensive training for operators, competition of service skills, seasonal customer feedback / callback event, etc.
• Timely verify if the malfunctions within or after warranty belong to quality problems and provide related report
• Act as a bridge between LIEBHERR, dealer and customers to provide timely and effective communication, to handle customer needs / demands on service and parts (price, delivery), etc.
• Work in other service regions temporarily according to the service demand and company assignment
• Summarize and analyze frequently occurred or major malfunctions to provide professional technical analysis reports and recommendations for the factory to make improvement. Report major malfunctions and batch malfunctions of competitors

Your qualifications

• Bachelor / higher diploma in Mechanical or Electrical education background
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems
• Shipyard working experience is definite an advantage
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Be able to travel and work independently
• Self-responsibility and service oriented
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Action oriented focus, active communication
• Strong team spirit and learning adapting capability
• Communication skill in multi-cultural environment
