El sector de productos grúas Offshore de Liebherr y Total, su socio de muchos años, se encuentran en la fase final de un proyecto conjunto. Tres grúas Ram-Luffing-Knuckle-Boom altamente modernas del tipo RL-K 4200 están a punto de ser entregadas e instaladas en el buque Egina.
Estas tres unidades son las primeras grúas RL-K para Total y las primeras grúas Ex-rated-Knuckle-Boom para Liebherr – un importante hito para las dos empresas. En el mes de agosto se realizarán las pruebas finales y la recepción en presencia del cliente en el banco de pruebas de la fábrica de Liebherr en Rostock. La entrega se realizará a lo largo de este año.
La colaboración con Total empezó en el año 1985. En el pasado más reciente son sobre todo las grúas para todos los buques correspondientes al tipo Egina las que llaman la atención – por ejemplo, Dalia (2005), Pazflor (2009) y Clov (2013). Adicionalmente hay un gran número de grúas para plataformas con instalación fija.
