People Information Systems Lead - Based in Adelaide or PerthAdelaide

As the People Information Systems Lead, you'll take ownership of our HR systems landscape, leading the optimisation, governance and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation) and related people platforms across Australia and New Zealand.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR Systems professional looking to move beyond system administration into a leadership position where you can shape the future of people technology, influence business outcomes and maximise the value of an enterprise-wide SAP SuccessFactors platform.
Working closely with People & Capability, IT, Payroll and global teams, you'll drive innovation, enhance user experiences and deliver smarter, more efficient people processes that make a real impact across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategic roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors across Australia and New Zealand, driving platform maturity, digital transformation and the optimisation of core people processes.
- Drive system enhancements, automation initiatives, and process optimisation to improve employee experience.
- Manage HR systems projects, upgrades, testing cycles, and new technology implementations.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders to ensure reliable systems, integrations and data accuracy.
- Ensure strong data governance, privacy compliance and the integrity of employee and payroll information.
- Provide expert HRIS leadership, user support and training to maximise system capability and adoption.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience leading or playing a key role in SAP SuccessFactors implementations, optimisation programs, module deployments or major HR technology transformations.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems administration, configuration, governance, and data management.
- Advanced reporting and analytics capability, including experience with Excel, Power BI, and HR data insights.
- Demonstrated ability to lead system enhancements, process improvement initiatives and technology-based projects.
- Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, and system integrations, with a focus on data accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
