Creating Passion: Your Responsibilities

• Create multi-layer PCB layouts for (Analog, Digital, Mixed-Signal, High-Speed, High-Power).
• Translate schematics into optimized PCB designs meeting signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, UL and safety requirements.
• Perform component placement considering mechanical constraints, thermal performance, and manufacturing best practices datasheet.
• Design controlled impedance routing for high-speed interfaces (DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, HDMI, LVDS, etc.).
• Define and apply Constraint Design Rules (CES), DFM, DFA, and DFT guidelines
• Review and resolve fabrication and assembly queries.
• Work closely with Hardware Design Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, ECAD Librarians, SI/PI teams.
• Prepare documentation such as fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, Mechanical drawings.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunication)

Experience

• Experience of around 6 Years in PCB Layout in Xpedition VX2.12 and above and Altium Designer.

Preferred / Special Skills

• Must have Hands-on experience with Mentor Graphics Xpedition VX2.12 and above, experience in other tool such as Altium Designer, PADS will be added advantage
• Experience with HDI designs, blind/buried vias, microvias is must.
• Gerber editing and validation using CAM350, Valor-NPI and GerbTool is must.
• Knowledge of Library Symbol, Footprint, Padstacks, pads and any PLM Tool is must.
• Knowledge of IPC-2221, IPC-610, IPC-6012, IPC-7351 and IPC-2581 will be additional advantage.
• Knowledge of Saturn PCB Toolkit, Polarspeedstack editor will be additional advantage.
• Effective communication, good analytical skill and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple designs and meet project deadlines.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
