Your responsibilities
- Prepare sales agreements/ bidding documents/ contracts and similar
- Contact with internal suppliers for purchase order
- Forecast/production plan review
- Communication with customers in terms of payment / delivery / logistics etc.
- Update shipping and customer details in the ERP system
- Handle VAT invoice and payments
- Secure smooth sales & ordering process
- Key in orders and follow up with the deliveries
- Contact headquarter in terms of execution of delivery, payments etc.
- Work closely with internal departments and authorities for handling VAT invoice/ payment/ warehousing/ customs related issues etc.
- Maintain customer relationship
- Process and support sales projects incl. following-up offer and support contract processing
- Contact customers according to the instruction of the superior
- Support sales and management team with market research and presentations
- Support sales events, seminars and similar
- Perform translation of contracts and other information
Your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 3 years working experience in cross-cultural business environment, e.g. as sales administrator, PA, assistant
- Experience in leading or training employees
- Fluent Chinese and good English in speaking and writing
- Knowledge about customs or foreign trade terms
- Be familiar with CRM/ERP system
