Your responsibilities

• Participate in the planning, design review, verification and validation of the design process for new product development
• Responsible for the structural design and development of new products and the preparation of new product design documents
• Responsible for the technical preparation for the trial production of new products
• Prepare all kinds of technical documents related to product design and development
• Prepare documentation required for review/verification/validation at all stages of design and development
• Guiding and coordinating the trial production of prototype parts and pilot production
• Implementation of engineering change control and continuous improvement
• Completion of various types of mechanical technical documents organised and filed
• Support vendor selection and qualification
• Other tasks assigned by superiors

Your qualifications

• Junior college, bachelor degree is an asset
• Technical fields, e.g., mechanics engineering
• Trainings on project management, presentation and communications skills, usage of design tools (CAD,solid works), simulation tools etc
• Knowledge about sheet metal design is a must
• Working experiences in the mechanical design of  HVAC for transportation applications (railway or bus) is an asset
• Knowledge and outstanding experience about HVAC mechanical design
• Knowledge about general rolling stock design is an asset
• Knowledge about local (China) norms and standards is a must
• Knowledge about European or USA standards on HVAC system design is an asset
• Knowledge about quality- and risk management during concept and design phase
• Fluent Chinese is a must，and fluent English is an asset
