Reinforcement of our Technical Support Events in 2021
Aiming at providing the best in-class support despite this unprecedented period that the aerospace industry is facing, we continue to stand even closer to our customers.
In line with our precedent face-to-face Regional Technical Workshops, we adapted last year virtual meetings under the motto “Fleet Support for Takeoff”. For 2021, we want to continue to offer our customers the opportunity to exchange with our technical support teams by dedicated meetings, sharing the most useful and relevant information to support you during this challenging period of time.
Therefore, we set-up webinars and operator conferences in face-to-face configuration, also called Regional Technical Workshops (RTW), provided the situation evolves positively in the coming months.
Webinar sessions for 2021 will cover the Airbus fleet (A220, A320 Family, Long-range Family) as well as Mitsubishi CRJ, COMAC ARJ21 and Embraer E-Jet E2. We already started this month our first webinar sessions with the Airbus A320 Family program: More than 100 customers registered on March 16th for Europe and Asia, March 18th for America and March 23rd for China. Other sessions will follow in the second quarter of 2021.
Regional Technical Workshops will cover this year Airbus A320 Family, Airbus A220, Airbus A350 and Embraer E-Jet E1 programs for ATA 21 and 36 (air management systems), ATA 27 (flight controls), and ATA 32 (landing gear). The target dates of these workshops are planned for Q4 2021 in order to maximize the chance of having these sessions face to face with our customers, after a lift of travel restrictions.
The main purposes of our workshops in 2021 remain:
- to highlight and share the major achievements since previous discussions
- to provide operators with the latest status on our solutions for in-service issues
- to present innovative technical support solutions that we are working on
In addition, a specific highlight on how we are prepared to support our customers for the rebound after the pandemic will be covered during these workshops.
