MacKellar diversifies Liebherr fleet to drive growth

In early 2020, Liebherr-Australia delivered a fleet of five 240 tonne T 264 trucks to MacKellar Mining at Dawson metallurgical coal mine in the Bowen Basin. This purchase not only represented first Liebherr trucks within MacKellar’s extensive mining equipment fleet, but also demonstrated the success and growth of the partnership between Liebherr and MacKellar since it began in 2016.
MacKellar Mining managing director Duncan MacKellar and Liebherr-Australia sales and marketing executive general manager Tom Juric provided insight into this relationship, not only with this T 264 purchase but also with the expansion of their Liebherr excavator fleet.
