Liebherr Intelligent Maintenance
Liebherr Intelligent Maintenance (LiMain) is a new level of independence for manned and unmanned platforms, that offers increased crane availability at lower costs. LiMain is a fully digital, remote and semi-automatic maintenance system, which saves investments and resources for the platform operator.
The key element of LiMain is the modular system architecture. Platform operators can choose from various modules and so determine the degree of autonomy and scope of intelligent maintenance for the crane.
Even in complexly installed positions, critical components are continuously checked and automatically lubricated.

State-of-the-art sensor technology records detailed data about relevant components and crane systems, including potential environmental monitoring.
It provides unprecedented transparency on the condition of the crane which leads to optimised service performance and increased safety. Ad-hoc data requests can be made at all times.
In the Predictive Maintenance module, advanced sensor technology and many years of experience are bundled to advance maintenance in the most efficient way possible.
The module is the foundation for an optimised product and component life cycle, using the appropriate parts at the right time - and only then.
The all-inclusive-approach: The combination of all LiMain modules enables semi-automatic maintenance of the crane and at the same time connects all elements of the modules to achieve the best possible maintenance process: completely remote, based on digital data, independent of time, place and resources.

In cooperation with the customer, we will design a tailor-made solution for the individual requirements of the offshore platform, its environment and the crane. Customers can choose the modules that are most suitable for their needs. After delivery and assembly, the platform operator can subsequently monitor and maintain the entire offshore crane fleet from the office.
