  • Comfortable with team-based work structure and ability to remain flexible to change within the work environment and scope of responsibility
  • Work experience in the aspired trainee programme desirable (e.g. in the form of internships, thesis, etc.)

    Liebherr-Aerospace & Transportation SAS offers an 18-month trainee program. The goal of this program is to develop future “high potentials” within the aerospace and transportation product segment. During the program, you will be assigned to different areas at three global locations within our product segment – two locations in Europe and one location outside Europe. You will get to know Liebherr-Aerospace from different perspectives and understand how interdepartmental and international interfaces operate within the company. Mentors will accompany trainees during the program. In addition, there is a joint project that all trainees work on together over the whole period, based on additional training and coaching in project management, communication or leadership / change management.
