The standard version impresses with the most compact swinging radius in its class, namely 3.5 m. Thus, the duty cycle crawler crane can fully utilize its manoeuvrability in confined spaces and is highly flexible in its application.
Engine power, free-fall winches and boom length are optimally matched to one another.
This includes a modern air-conditioning system with improved airflow, an optimized field of vision and increased noise protection, as well as an orthopaedic operator’s seat with integrated heating and cooling.
Thanks to its transport weight of less than 40 t including counterweight, the machine can be easily and flexibly transferred between job sites.
The improved A-frame system with transport position to the front does not only shorten the transport length but also simplifies erection or lowering of the boom, as well as setting-up of the machine.
The rails and walkways on the uppercarriage, which enable safe access to all service and maintenance points, do not have to be dismounted during transportation.
High service availability
A global service network with experienced technicians and fast access to spare parts ensure high machine availability and a long product service life.
moreDesigned for dynamic tasks
The uppercarriage with its robust design is mounted on a solid undercarriage featuring wide tracks and long crawlers for a high level of stability.
morePerformance
Thanks to the optimization of the complete drive system the duty cycle crawler crane can perform even more efficiently.
Intelligent crane control
The crane control system offers a multitude of programme and control options. Color displays clearly provide service and machine data. All movements can be carried out simultaneously. The operator thus benefits from a facilitated handling of the rig. Furthermore, quick working cycles are achieved.
Flexibility in operation
Thanks to the modular concept in combination with a variety of equipment options, the crane can be configured for its special job: This includes working with slurry wall grab and casing oscillator, material loading with grab or drag bucket, dynamic soil compaction as well as dredging.

The version with longer uppercarriage has the counterweight and therefore the centre of gravity further to the rear. This means the lifting capacities are significantly increased, which is a big advantage especially in dragline operation.
With the PDE process data recording system machine data is recorded during the working process. more
The "interlock" control system for dragline operations ensures powered lowering with drag winch, while lifting of the bucket with the hoist winch. This reduces fuel consumption and minimizes wear of the free fall brake.
This is an electronic control for precise lowering of the grab. It protects the grab during positioning, prevents caving in of the trench due to high speeds, saves fuel, and is simple to handle.
For dynamic soil compaction an automated control system can be used. It allows for precise operating cycles and minimizes rope wear.
With the eco silent mode the engine speed can be reduced to a predefined, required level. With this feature a notable reduction in diesel consumption can be achieved without any impact on operational output. Noise emissions are thus also lowered.
Automatic engine stop
The machine can optionally be equipped with an automatic engine stop control. Thanks to this feature it automatically switches off during longer work breaks after evaluating several machine parameters. This is fuel saving and environmentally friendly.
Fleet management and teleservice
The data transmission and positioning system “LiDAT” provides important information on the operation of the machine. With these data the operation becomes more efficient. Various additional modules allow machine data reporting or access through service engineers via teleservice.
moreA clamshell grab excavates the slurry wall panels.
Typical applications with dragline bucket include the excavation of various bulk goods, such as gravel and sand, from rivers or quarries.
Fitted with a range of different mechanical or hydraulic grabs, duty cycle crawler cranes are used for typical material handling tasks with large working radii.
Drilling with bored pile grab is a dry drilling method loosening the building ground either by cutting or by impacting – depending on the working tool used.
Dredging is necessary when sediment settles and leads to shallow water, which impairs the shipping industry.
For impact compaction a tamper weight is dropped to the ground from a great height.
