Our segmented bearing, with an impressive diameter of almost 15 metres and a weight of 85,000 kilos! Turning a 1,600-ton ship crane, the bearing is the core element in offshore wind turbines. All lights on…

Meet the H966 hydrogen combustion engine running with port fuel injection (PFI). As a premiere, this drivetrain powers Liebherr's first hydrogen crawler excavator R 9XX H2, which won the Bauma Innovation Award 2022, in the climate protection category. Together, the H966 and H2 injection solutions will ensure CO2 neutral powering of heavy-duty applications in the future.

With it, Liebherr pursues an open-technology approach in search of carbon-neutral alternative drives, with hydrogen being a promising carbon-free energy source.
