About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated full-time Parts & Warehouse Coordinator to support the Maritime Cranes division growing customer base.  Working in our Tauranga branch as part of a small team this unique position combines the best of a Parts Interpreter role with that of a Warehouse Coordinator, no day is ever the same! Your time would be shared between ensuring all items in and out of the warehouse are processed on time and assist with interpreting spare parts and providing product information to Liebherr customers and internal departments. Salary range between NZD$70,000 and NZD$80,000 per annum. This role will be 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
• Receipting, unpacking, checking, and storing of parts
• Stock takes and cycle count
• Interpreting of spare parts
• Processing spare parts orders for customers and service team
• Answer queries relating to parts and availability
• Identify and placement of spare parts orders to factory and other suppliers

About you

• Current  Drivers’ License required; Forklift Licence would be an advantage but training will be provided
• Mechanical aptitude with previous experience in a similar role
• Experience is warehousing and loigistics
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer focused
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• Initiative and self-drive with problem solving skills
