Responsibilities
- Management and coordination of order and production planning
- Management and coordination of internal and external logistics
- Leadership and development of the departments employees
- Continuous optimisation of process flows in close cooperation with the purchasing, production and dispatch departments
- Optimisation of processes along the supply chain
- Continuous improvement of key performance indicators and implementation of new KPI's
- Management and implementation of rationalisation, cost optimisation and special projects
Your qualifications
Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in mechanical/electrical engineering, production technology or industrial engineering
- Several years of work and management experience in a comparable role
- High motivation coupled with a strong drive for innovation
- Ability to lead and motivate employees
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Willingness to learn German
- Flexibility and high commitment
