Responsibilities

• Support & provide technical information and documentation to internal department & customers
• Project & site coordination with internal and external parties on manpower & equipments where necessary
• Carry out service jobs and troubleshooting activities on cranes when needed
• Advise internal and external customers with information relating to crane operations and functions
• Prepare technical reports, spare parts proposals and assist the coordination of all technical matters between the division and customers
• Respond to customers' inquiries or to notify them of technical updates
• Analyze problems and propose/implement detailed technical solutions

Competencies

• Minimum 3 years of working experience and/ or trained in repairing and maintenance of relevant lifting equipments
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
• Expert knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical system is an advantage
• Experience with PLC controls of cranes system is an advantage
• Ability to read, interpret and elaborate the schematic logic and control drawings functionality in a simplified manner
• High level of professionalism, and ability to multi-task while completing work in a competent and professional manner
• Demonstrated initiative to visualize, organize, manage, and complete projects in individual and group settings
• Good analytical skills and ability to read, interpret and explain schematic, work independent and possess initiatives
• Strong communication skills – ability to share complex information in clear and concise manner. Communicate well both in written and spoken English
• Valid Class 3 driving license is required
