Liebherr-Aerospace’s new Customer Portal is going live

With great pleasure we announce the opening of our new Liebherr-Aerospace Customer Portal.

Right from its launch this spring, the portal is set with features designed to make your life easier and improve your business experience with us. You will enjoy the possibility to consult the progress status of your repair orders placed with any of the Liebherr-Aerospace repair stations. With a quick overview of all open orders, with a detailed timeline allowing to spot the current process step and with convenient sorting, filtering and download functions, you will have access to all needed information, 365/24/7, in full autonomy.

Furthermore, not only will you still be able to access your technical publications (CMM, CRM, VSB, etc.) but you will also have the possibility to post your technical requests online. If you have a query about a technical issue in your fleet or you need clarification regarding a particular technical publication, just log in and let us know!

Thanks to the connection between the web-portal and our CRM, our technical support specialists will be notified immediately and will ensure a timely response, exchanging documents and comments with you. You will be able to track the progress of the resolution at any time and consult any request your company has with us, open or closed.

You can also benefit from extended product support capacities and tools. If you are an ATR operator for instance, you can access to our System Maintenance Advisor (SMA) online for troubleshooting, and you can also enjoy the related e-learning courses on the New Air Management System we are providing on this aircraft. Another example: if your company operates a fleet of A220s, please request our dedicated e-learning training: there is plenty of valuable information and guidance in them. Of course, you can count on us to continue to extend our training catalog steadily and offer the training sessions you need.

Many more online services are in preparation and will be released online later this year, such as spare order status, access to part catalogs or the visibility on our new and serviceable inventory up for sale, to name just a few.
