A unique MRO performance worldwide
A unique industrial performance: Local presence, global reach
It is primordial for us to be as close as possible to our customers. That is why we have set-up supply-chain and repair networks all over the world shortening turnaround times. Our station network offers more support and helps dispatch spares to locations closer to our customers.
Our service center network allows us to adapt our capabilities and capacities to market evolutions. We can meet customers’ expectations worldwide and can react flexibly as seen in the COVID-19 crisis, when we quickly established a plan to continue with our activities with one goal: to serve our customers.
We offer maintenance for air management systems, flight controls, heat exchangers and electronics in Asia Pacific and China, Europe, America as well as landing gear overhauls in Europe, America and in China.
A unique commercial performance: Customized services with renowned quality
For each of our products, we offer high-quality standard classical maintenance services such as standard and advanced exchanges, tests and repairs, as well as overhauls. We develop also proactively a portfolio of services to meet our customers’ needs: We have recently set-up for example a Used Serviceable Material (USM) solution to offer OEM quality equipment at fair market value.
Other tailored services include extended salvage repair solutions and when necessary also performance improving modifications as we have an EASA Design Organization Approval (DOA). We also offer to manage a pool of assets tailored for our clients.
Last but not least, we meet our customers’ needs by achieving a 95% on-time performance.
This added value with high quality of service contributes in the creation of long-term partnerships with customers. We are proud to say that 40% of our clients declare being “very satisfied” (2019) with our services, while the average benchmark is 20%.
