Innovation: New Application Available on Customer Portal
Our Customer Service Team is pleased to announce the implementation of a new application on the Liebherr-Aerospace Customer Portal.
ATR aircraft operators using Liebherr’s New Air Management System (NAMS) will be able to install the “System Maintenance Advisor” (SMA) offered by Liebherr-Aerospace.
With the basic version of SMA, they will benefit from the availability to explore the recent failure history, the display of the current failure data and the possibility to perform initiated Build-In-Tests. The SMA software can be installed on the operator’s laptop and connected with the valid interfaces to the aircraft systems. It works in direct exchange with the data received from the aircraft’s onboard systems.
The advanced version of SMA, which will be available soon, will offer more in-depth troubleshooting features and analytics at fleet level. By processing and analyzing the received data of the NAMS, the maintenance strategy of the ATR aircraft operator can be optimized by using SMA.
SMA marks the first step in our ambitious plan to offer and provide new digital services.
