Coating

High-quality chrome and nickel-chrome coatings are standard. Depending on the application, a coating with normal or increased resistance is possible. Seawater coating is also available.

Cushioning

Liebherr can also offer an optimised cushioning system that has been tried and tested in practice in its own hydraulic cylinders. Customers can choose between bottom- and/or rod-side cushioning.

Seals

With a compact sealing arrangement and an innovative sealing system, Liebherr also meets the highest of demands with this series-production range. The rod seal uses a tandem sealing system consisting of primary and secondary seals. This relieves intermediate pressures and reduces the stick-slip effect.
