The particularly compact design of the injectors free up additional space within the cylinder chamber of your engine. Optimised clamping pad supports provide additional flexibility in the area of the valve train.
The software-controlled Injection Timing Control function (ITC) can dose the smallest fuel quantities for each injector individually, guaranteeing a continuous output over the entire service life.
Due to the ITC, no additional sensors or electrical connections are required. Efforts during the initial application and the tuning of the engine are simplified. The ITC function can be activated via the ECU.
Thanks to a particularly narrow injector concept as well as its flexibility in design and connections, the LI1 can be easily installed in existing engine compartments. Featuring a large flow range, the injector is designed for engines with a displacement between 1 and 2.7 litres per cylinder.
State-of-the-art material technologies, special material combinations and proven mass-produced materials guarantee outstanding resistance of the LI1 to dirty fuels.
Compliance with the IP6K9K insulation class is guaranteed by the combination of an electrical interface and a special cap. The connector housing is moulded directly to the injector. Further electrical connectors are not necessary.
Precision and stability in mass production
The microprecision parts are identically designed and manufactured across the entire injector platform. Tolerance differences are reduced to a minimum.
