Focus on customer needs

The needs of the customers are given top priority from the development of the cranes through to the service. The Liebherr mobile and crawler cranes set standards worldwide in terms of quality, functionality and safety of mobile cranes and ensure a high level of availability during use. For example, Liebherr established the concept of the all-terrain mobile crane and today offers the broadest range of products in this area worldwide. Thanks to innovative telescopic systems and profile shapes, it was possible to develop longer and larger booms. Since it has started developing lattice/boom cranes Liebherr has been setting records in terms of load capacity and lifting height. Milestone: The Liebherr PowerBoom, a main lattice boom designed with two lattice sections installed parallel to each other at the bottom section of the lattice boom for large crawler cranes. Digital solutions and assistance systems such as the Boom Up-and-Down Aid and the Crane Planner 2.0 for operational planning also show the strong innovative ability of Liebherr. They ensure even greater safety in the application and maximum comfort of use.
